Field leader courses have been designed to benefit any Canadian who is interested in leading others outdoors.

Field Leader courses are designed for entry level leaders. As such, beginner leaders are restricted to low risk terrain and must operate under the supervision of other, more experienced, outdoor practitioners. Most Field Leader courses and modules cover leadership considerations. Outdoor practitioners are encouraged to pursue additional technical training relevant to specific activities.
